Ged qualified as a Vet in the UK and headed straight into referral work in one of the most prestigious hospitals in England.  Initially enjoying ophthalmology and dermatology, Jed then discovered his true passion for emergency care. Spending time also at our established service in Belgravia, London, Jed has experience in all emergency procedures both surgical and medical together with a focus on client relationships and emergency consultations.

In 2024 Jed has taken on extra study to achieve further qualification as an Advanced Veterinary Practitioner with the University of Nottingham.

Claire, RVN

Claire has been passionate about animals since childhood and always knew she wanted to work with them.

She began her career in 1997 at a 24-hour RSPCA hospital, gaining extensive experience with dogs, cats, exotics, and wildlife in medical and surgical emergencies. In 2009, she joined Waggin’ Tails Pet Boutique And Spa, expanding into grooming and retail before the vet clinic opened in 2012.

Claire loves connecting with clients and their pets, prioritising customer care and satisfaction. She has a special talent for helping nervous and anxious animals, often winning them over with patience and treats.

At home, Claire’s tamed feral cat, Pookie, rules the roost, preventing her from adding to her animal family, though she’d love to have more!

Zahedy

Zahedy is a welcoming and dedicated member of our team, ensuring every client and their pet feels at ease from the moment they arrive.

Passionate about animals and their well-being, Zahedy takes pride in offering friendly and efficient service, making visits to the practice as stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and learning more about pet care.

Lulu

With over 27 years of experience in professional dog grooming, Luisa, known as Lulu, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to our team. She earned her grooming diploma in Spain in 1998 and has since continued to refine her skills through specialised masterclasses and seminars, including training in canine first aid. Keeping up with the latest grooming techniques and trends is a top priority, ensuring every dog receives the best possible care.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, travelling, and, of course, caring for animals. Her dedication to her craft means that every dog she grooms leaves looking and feeling their best.
